I enabled cheats so that I could buy a thing (my limit was 99, and it cost 200 rupees), but I just activated everything to buy it, and then I already had it, so I disabled all the cheats, and now I have all the items in the game, and probably fucked myself over wanting a good campaign.

I'd roll with it and see where you can get to with all of the items.
That's a more unique OoT experience to have anyway.
