I had to spend hours looking for one via Google. So your best is to get a hard copy.I got mine brand new from Amazon for around $25.Here: http://www.amazon.com/Halo-2-PC/dp/B000NV8F58I would advise that you get a brand new copy like I did. Getting a PC game like this used place a big risk factor or no Product Key, so get it new and never give out your product key to anyone. This game as far as playing online goes requires the product key and in order to get Achievements. Also, before you install the game, you'll want an updated version of GFWL.You can find that here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/DownloadClientBest of luck to ya friend.

Btw, you may also want to consider investing in a wired 360 controller too or at least get a wireless receiver for the wireless ones because this game uses aim assist one the PC with a 360 controller, giving you an advantage.
