Its been updated plenty from 3 years ago, PC gets updated first.Also its recommended to buy slots instead as you can get frames and weapons free.

For example the rhino has way more health, has a super strong charge attack and aoe attack, and an ability that makes him damn near invincible.You get them by finding blueprints (Google is your friend here, they require a lot of grinding the same missions) and then once you have the blueprints you just use materials to build each part.
