Resolution and frame-rate fags.
I've heard there might be exclusives for it. And I heard there may not be. Besides that, resolution and framerate. And I would assume graphics too? Most games are looking great on PS4/X1. But they can always look better. Think of it like this. If you have Low Medium, High, Ultra settings on PC for a game. PS4/X1 are probably a combination of Medium and High, with some Low thrown in. Maybe Scorpio will initially have games looking identical to Ultra settings on PC. So, you'd have better framerates, graphics, and resolution.
but I would assume the scorpio costs significantly more than the standard xboneWhy not build a PC if they'll share the same game library and you can play with an Xbox controller with your friends on Xbox?

The people who want to pay more will do so.It's stupid to some, but the main draw of a console for me is simply being able to just plug it in and play.
but if you want a simple plug and play console just get the regular Xbox one
Basically it could be a new method of doing things, but we'd have to see what comes after scorpio to confirm what I'm about to say.So think of the xbox one as the base platform and scorpio as the "half gen" or something similar. All games made for the xbox one will be able to be played on scorpio at higher resolutions, better framerate, and with additional features like VR. Then when the nextbox hits all games for it will also work on the scorpio, but at a lower resolution and framerate.Somewhat similar to how the PC platform currently works. Games are made for a variety of different configurations, the more powerful ones getting better performance and sometimes more features, but the less powerful ones still being able to play the same game without being segregated from the rest of the community.Only time will tell what MS does with this though.
Whats the point of the slim when this version is coming out in 2017?
Their PC releases suck from what i hear and its even worse if theyre going to be restricted to whatever shit theyre trying to pull off.
Just got into PC building and it's intimidating af for a newbie. Installing a new graphics card was a headache since my current PSU only has one fuckin' pcie connector and I was ignorant about alternate methods.Someone people like high performance but are still turned off by having to build a PC. (also it's almost always more expensive, regardless.)
