If you have the XO four headset check the serial number on the inside of the headband. If it contains anywhere in it C16 through C25 stop using it and send it back.

I actually have the XO Fours but they aren't affected.

I have the A50's but sometimes I'll get interrupted audio and it pisses me off.

A40's would be the best though, IMO. But anything's better than Turtle Beaches tbh
