Are they being coerced? Does it harm actual women in real life? I really don't see any problems or solutions that can arise from objectification besides telling people to grow some thick fucking skin.

Women work lower end jobs and lesser hours statistically than men. Do a bit of research (such as watching that video above) before jumping on that bandwagon.
