great recording tbh, he gets a lot of up close footage of the different units in combat

At about 7:30, Darren highlights where two Bretonnians attacked a single Undead unit...does this mean we have our Medieval 2 combat system back, instead of the bullshit 1-on-1 combat from the last few installments?

And the Raise Undead spell was just excellent to watch.  Would love to distract Mr. P (fabulous he)'s units with some good ol' cannon fodder.

I've been really wanting to see some gameplay of Kholek, so I'm glad they showed him off, but I hope they keep Sigvald under wraps until the game is released. I'd rather they leave something for the customers to find out on their own.

That was some good shit, can't fault his strategy either. It does seem a little bit hmmmmmmmmmmm as to whether chaos is just OP or if it's the unit matchups but considering the guy lost >50% of his army I'm not too concerned.

Dwarves would have benefitted from a few more Gyros/AA units though, that would have certainly turned the tide there.

So Chaos IS Sparta on steroids. :I  Hopefully CA nerfs them just a little bit so that they don't completely overwhelm you while still being a challenge.

Well, they look like they'll be the melee-oriented Hunnic faction of Total War: Warhammer, I'm a little apprehensive about CA nerfing them before they game has hit the hands of the customers since I take the results of each battle we're shown with a degree of salt. We don't know if there are any simple and easy tactics which can be used to simply cut them down before they hit ones ranks and we don't fully yet know the ability of this iteration's AI, and so it may well be that they are being hyped up as a nigh unbeatable force, while being a much less horrifying threat in the hands of the AI. As even at the end of the battle it showed that it was a pyrrhic vistory rather than a decisive victory.
