I'm pretty excited for this. The first episode was decent. Would rather have Tales from the Borderlands episode 2, though.

As much as I love telltale's writing I'll have to see this to believe it.

It doesn't really affect the story much, it's more on a small scale. It may affect conversations or a character's behaviour towards you. The overall events don't change much, although I think we could see something a bit more player-driven with The Walking Dead Season 3 considering Season 2 had 5 different endings with several variants of each.
