Meh. The difference between not watching the video, and watching it with an adblocker is the same. Either way they are not receiving your ad revenue. Besides with AdBlock Plus you're able to filter out intrusive ads while whitelisting 'good' ads. And of course you can enable and disable for the sites you choose. Just gives you more options I feel.

Tracking lists aren't as popular with the mainstream yet, but should be. Most sites are rampent with scripts used for learning everything they can about you to sell to advertisers, but they're still more of a proactive thing and require some knowledge of what you're doing. Some of the addons can break a site if you disable the wrong thing. But ABP can cover a lot of that for beginners if you check the right boxes.

Sep7 isn't too bad. Cheat's just running Google Analytics and Lijit. Some sites like cnn or sbnation will have like 17 separate trackers going at once.
