His eyebrows sparkling, his white beard hangs down to his chest. The thatched mats, spread outside his chise, spread softly, his splendid attos. He polishes, cross-legged, his makiri, with his eyes completely absorbed.

He is Ainu.

The god of Ainu Mosir, Ae-Oine Kamuy, descendant of Okiku-Rumi, He perishes, a living corpse. The summers day, the white sunlight, unabrushed, ends simply through his breath alone.
street fighter v

pros:
+ we could play it together if you get it on PC (cause i know you don't like adding internet people on PSN)
+ it's a lot easier to get good at than most fighting games, while still being pretty fun + memes
+ largest player pool in fighting games right now besides maybe tekken
cons:
- you're supporting shitcom if you buy it
- lots and lots of DLC characters to get the full roster/experience (though characters CAN be free, if you work for them)
- silly looking gumby-on-steroids artstyle that may not appeal to everyone

blazblue:

pros
+ you like weebshit and blazblue is pretty hella on the weebshit
+ in terms of gameplay and design and mechanics, it's all-around the better fighting game
+ pretty cool stylized visuals that don't look like gumby on steroids
cons
- it's far tougher to learn and get good at, with an emphasis on lengthy combos and execution
- pretty small pool of players, and i for one do not plan on purchasing it myself
- low character diversity with insultingly bad female character designs (yes, even worse than R. Mika)

if you were looking to become a hardcore fighting game connoisseur, i would say blazblue for sure
if you just wanna play some fun fighting games casually, i would recommend SFV

so, whichever end of the spectrum you find yourself closer to
I want to be blazblue, but I'll probably end up SFV smh
You can`t buy both?
i think she's saying she lacks the S K I L L to play anything beyond SFV
more like patience to get that S K I L L
more like time to get that S K I L L
I'll just replace drinking time with "getting my ass kicked in bideogames" time

You know, wholesome things
drinking alone is pretty pathetic anyway
yeah but so am I so

Last fighting game that I got into was USF4, so SFV seems like the go-to. But I haven't heard amazing things about it, and I've heard a lot of good things about BBCF. It seems like the better fighting game, but Street Fighter is typically more populated and a bit more accessible.

the game is fine, it's just mired with a bunch of questionable smh-worthy design choices

sf4 and even sf3—EVEN SF3—took a lot of shit in their heyday, but now everyone looks back at them in reverence

just stay away from r/kappa

BBCF:
-Noel Vermillion Nendoroid
-10 song ost
-100 page hardcover artbook

Nendos are just above POPs, yeah, but you don't have to worry about quality control issues like with statues.

My only gripe with the soundtrack is that like almost every japanese studio, it's a partial ost.

yeah, that's irritating

well, let me know if you end up getting SFV, i'd love to play ya sometime (i'd have to renew PS+ though)

forget about what i said about the PC version too—somehow, i forgot that the game has this fighter ID system, which is separate from your PSN, which is what makes crossplay possible (so we wouldn't have to add each other anyway)

I could tell that the Blue game was going to be weebshit just by the name alone. So buy the other one.
You're outvoted 7-2, Flee. I'm going with BlazBlue.

I see Blazblue as a weebier, gayer, shittier version of GuiltyGear.

It is literally impossible to be more weeb than Guilty Gear unless you turn it into a SoL. You also can't call it shittier than "raven tier: the game". At least BB nerfed Mai.

Haven't been able to buy it yet, unfortunately. I'm having to pay back extra in savings because of some overspending last month, and I'm going to have to buy schoolbooks in the next week or two. As soon as it makes sense to drop $80 on fun stuff, it's mine.
