they aren't bringing them all back. They said ghallahorn and icebreaker won't ever come back because there was no reason to use anything but them. There's a list of what's coming back on their Instagram and on the armory page of their website

They're gradually re-releasing old exotics. I think the next wave is with tomorrow's update. Can't speak for the Gjally or Memebreaker though.

I couldn't agree more with the system being retarded. It's essentially disk locked content, something Destiny players should be used to by now mind you.
