Okay, so what games have you played this year that haven't actually sucked asshole?

(HD re-entries don't count.....thats pretty much all of what this year was to be honest)

Bloodborne
Helldivers
Rocket League
Undertale
Fallout 4

I'm probably gonna start The Witcher 3 tomorrow. I've heard a lot of great things about this game so I hope it lives up to that.

I had realistic expectations for all of them so I wasn't disappointed or let down. I got exactly what I expected. These are really the only new games I bought this year though. Everything else came out years prior.

The Witcher 3 (Its become one of my favourite games of all time)
Fallout 4 (It has disappointing aspects, but overall it's a fun experience, and pretty much what I was expecting)
Undertale (What a neat little game)
Cities: Skylines (What the new Sim City should've been)

Battlefront is easily fun with groups of friends (aren't most games?) so that helps it out.

Other than that though, nothing really.

Not entirely. Some things (like Destiny) just get boring after a while.
But other games like Battlefield are fun to just fuck around in with the vehicles, and just have fun during the matches.

The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 are easily my favorites this year.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate wasn't a terrible game, it was definitely much better than Unity.

And I'll join the crowd in saying that while Halo's campaign was disgustingly, misleadingly hyped, the gameplay is pretty solid.

All the games I pre-ordred this year turned out to be good, Bloodborne, MGSV and Fallout 4.

I guess I enjoyed MGSV because the only game I had played before it in the series was MGS4
