So.....

Do you forgive him for his scamming activities? I still don't forgive him.

As for Prosyndicate, I don't know if he responded or not. Though, I believe he has two strikes for performing illegal actions before, and I think this is his third. I don't think Prosyndicate is going to get out of this alive, honestly, which is sad considering that he was once a chill and cool guy.

Goodness gracious, great balls of lightning!
Gonna take a lot more than a 2 minute video to fix his reputation.

This is one of the comments on the video on Youtube.

Quote
He man some people are always gonna complain about something, who gives a sh*t, you are just like the rest of us just trying to make your life better. I don't need an apology I just need more Black ops 3 videos. Also hope you do some Tiranfall 2 stuff. F*ck haters, get money!!!

Even though some legit proof from h3h3 and Honor the Call are big reasons why haters exist in this scenario and he should not be payed anymore.

I'm looking at his twitter feed and someone pointed out that he changed the terms and conditions for his gambling site for this video, jesus fucking christ Tmartn is the biggest scumbag I've ever witnessed, not only taking money from kids but straight up lying to everyone's faces saying "I'm sorry!" when in reality he's not.

Everyone still defending this douchelord is out of their minds and will probably give their own money to him if he asked.

Someone also pointed out that Tmartn is deleting comments with 100+ likes off this "apology" video that point out him not saying he founded the gambling site and that this video is scripted.

I would say that Tmartn's days are done, but Activision is probably going to help him recover from all of this and its sickening.

His video was also blowing up with dislikes, so he disabled them.

I swear I've lost all respect in him. Of course assuming that a large portion of people had any in him for his CoD worship videos.

His acting is so on point, he could go to hollywood. The script could use some work though.
Also the opening up with him talking to his dog to generate emotional appeal was quite cheesy.

If it wasn't obvious enough: fucking no. I don't forgive a person, who has been consciously commiting (((crimes))) with malicious intent. Maybe I would have a shred of sympathy for him if he admitted the things he's done. But he still clings to his old, worn out lies about how 'he has always made his affiliations to csgolotto clear'. Meanwhile, videos reporting on the fact already parody this shit by playing the skit where talks about how he 'found this cool new site called csgolotto' and how 'the owners of the site would be quite happy if he could promote them on his YouTube channel'. (This is what I mean if anyone doesn't follow.)
BUT WAIT THE OWNER OF THE SITE WAS HIM ALL ALONG. :o

He's just an all around scumbag and this video is only further proof for me.

Spoiler

(((Well (((technically))) it isn't a '''''crime''''', since betting on csgo skins isn't included in the legal definition of gambling, which is why it isn't covered by the law, which is also the loophole tmartn and the like use to weasel themselves out of the whole affair. So they (((technically))) haven't done anything wrong, ohohoho)))

He's only really apologizing because he was exposed to committing his crime.

He made a website for csgo where people could gamble on skins for weapons. So every time someone would spend money on the website, the money would go directly to him personally.

He would also make videos of himself gambling on his own site to promote it and win extremely rare skins that was all predetermined.

This isn't an "I'm sorry I scammed many upon many of innocent children and adults just for money and not making my work with CS:GO lotto public" video, but an "I'm sorry that I got caught for something obvious since day 1 and that you weren't able to see that 18+ age gambling rule that I just put in there now a few seconds ago with your own two eyes" video without justifying anything.

Didn't know who this guy was before, so it's hard to feel sympathetic.  After watching some videos: snore.

But that's besides the point: he did shitty things. His initial reaction was on the polar opposite of the spectrum, where he was like "pfffft how immature for you haters to go after me.  *blatant lie*".

So for him to pull a complete 180 with an apology is bs; it's an obvious stunt for someone who's losing subscribers by the second to do.

That wasn't a REAL apology.  He just continued to cover the lie that he's building up, ignoring everything he was exposed of.  The addressing the 13 year old point?  Sure.  But he ignored literally every other accusation (gambling on his own site, pretending to not be affiliated with the site, trying to cover his tracks, blatantly lying).  It was just an "I'M DEEPY SORRY...that you're all wrong and I just wasn't clear about it."

So nope, still a shithead.

People also won money on that site. That's gambling. Doesn't mean it's rigged.

I'd be willing to bet that they lost money too. They just edited their videos to look like they were winning and draw traffic to the site.

People up in arms for no reason. Shit I might as well go and sue the Taj Mahal, I just lost $500 last week. Must be rigged

They are the owners, can't they technically control who wins and who loses?

Also I think every penny goes into an insane profit to either Tmartn or Syndicate.

what you dont see here is, they made videos to promote a gambling site that they owned to win thousands of dollars and gain more viewers. those videos they made on the site were rigged already to have them win, thus making those people who watch their videos go on there go give them more money from site maintenance while lying they arent affiliated with said site, when in reality, they were. its basically illegal.
