Looks a lot more RPG, and the enemies look a hell of a lot more spongy then in Destiny.

I actually like Destiny, because I have people to play with with. And the same group is getting the Division. I like the concept and if I can spend a lot of time in a game; for any reason, I'm okay with that. Destiny was never painful to play and always fun. Sure loot was a pain, but all the bitching and complaints never made any sense. The game was fun as fuck and really pretty. And if I can have a good time with my brother and a couple or friends in a different game, I'll take it.

Don't care about the graphics "downgrade" because I don't give a shit. Games have become too much about graphics and it's obnoxious. If you can give me a product that is fun that I can put 100 hours into, I'll be very happy to pay.

700 hours into Destiny (I think) and I don't regret it at all. I will feel the same for the Divisiob.

The main problem with Destiny is the content, then the overpriced dlc, and microtransactions, and the community feedback and the grinding.

I played the dlc's for atleast a dollar an hour, I'm okay with that.

Sure TDB was a pretty bad DLC, but it gave me more reason to play. HoW was a really good DLC that made play even more. TTK added a lot more content, and even being part of the 1% in the game, I still had reason to play. Sure, my group and I blew through everything, but it was still worth the money.

Now they've moved to small events and free dlc (to my understanding).

The community is shit, I'll give you that. Anyone and everyone I've ever tried to play with outside of my group are absolute asses or elitist pricks lol (atleast in Raids, and they are never actually good). So I'll give you that.

And yes every game is going to have flaws, devs are going to make bad decisions and take painfully long to fix it. Bungie is especially prone to it. But honestly, for the vast majority of the game that is there now, it's well worth it

Ubisoft knows how to make a good shooter. Rainbowsix vegas was great.

They've had problems creating an open world game though.
