No, it came out in 2010.

I thought it was a really good Soviet-conspiracy/alternate history game. In a lot of way it reminded me of Half Life 2 and Bioschock. Very underrated game.

That doesn't mean people dont like it, there was probably a lot of people who enjoyed the gimmick and explosions

Oh good god yeees.

Game was so underated and considering it's rushed devs and heavy amounts of cut content was still fucking amazing.

Hopefully with this revamp/sequel they'll beef up the story and gameplay a bit more as well as dem sweet graphics (which even for PC were lackluster).
