So Mega Man, Pikachu, Mario, Villager, and Link are only available, and there's no Wi-Fi combat available, but you CAN play using Wireless against your buddies! so that's good.

Mega Man- He plays pretty god damn smoothly, and his Up+B is just like sonic's. your basic A attack is a burst of 3 shots, Metal Blades is your forward B and crash bomb is your down B, top spin is your dash B, All in all a simple character to use, with a tight moveset, if used correctly, he could be deadly at range.

Villager- Forward B is fucking broken, the Gyro Dash attack seriously wrecks shit as villager rides atop it and takes no damage from the explosion it makes.that coupled with his projectile negation move, and his Fan level spammy A makes this character easy to use, I can forsee a ban on villager like Meta Knight had in brawl.

Mario- Standard all around, and handles just as he should, his down+B has been replaced with FLUDD though, which makes the spinning smash he used to have pretty much gone completely except in mid air. he also has the Wall jump, overall Mario's just he he should be.

Pikachu- No real changes on him from brawl, nothing worth note

Link- Same as Pikachu, save the whirlwind boomerang becoming his neutral B.

You also control the "Omega" (Final Destination) mode with X on the map select screen BTW

Wait, you can only play as five characters? I get that the 3DS has different technical limitations than the GameCube or Wii, but cmon. The whole draw of the Smash Bros series is being able to play as a wide variety of Nintendo characters.

villager struck some immense fear in my heart when he straight up pocketed pikachu's lightning, he just doesn't give a gaf

also, did you notice if they got rid of ledge grabbing? the cpu tried to do it to me but it looked like it popped him off when i got to it so i'm not sure

It happened to me when I was trying to make the lvl.9 CPU to fall but I got pooped out of the edge I think you have a certain time where you grab the ledge and the person can't get up
