Granted, I haven't played TF2 console for years. I'm just saying, it's better because it's pure and vanilla. No spray paint, no stupid weapons like the fucking cheap-ass swords, and no hackers. No having to find a "dedicated server, hurr durr".

The last time I checked, you could still drop yourself off in a lobby of 16 players.

-You have a point with stupid weapons
-How often do you think you come across hackers on PC? Most servers are VAC secured. I don't get the misconception that game servers have zero security the second they are ported to PC. Plus, it's easier to get rid of them on PC, since they can be banned by admins or voted to be kicked by players. If anything, it'd be far more common finding people exploiting old ass glitches, since the game has no dev support anymore, than it is to find hackers.
-TF2 PC has a matchmaking system as well as a "dedicated server, hurr durr" list

Bots are the reason I stick to Valve servers, but then it gets too easy due to the fact most of the people that play on default Valve servers are either really new or they are really experienced

If you seriously can't figure out how to navigate a server list and find a protected server, they have a matchmaking system on official Valve servers just for you.
