You could kill him two other ways.1. Shoot him when he's being rolled away in the wheelchair when you take that riverbed to that base2. FF your PS2 (or 3 I guess) gameclock ahead like a week and he'll die.Though you really do need to at least fight him once in a legit fight, so good on you.
