Why didn't you just download it last night? It was available at 9pm PST on the e-shop.

Game has some problems on the 3DS though. My thumb hurts after a bit from hitting the b and a buttons and it can be easy to lose track of your own character in 4 player battles on such a small screen.

Other than that I've been enjoying it. Haven't played online yet though.

So far I've been using Little Mac and Link.
I love the speed that Mac has while on the ground, although the recovery is sometimes problematic. =/
