They're dated but once you get used to the mechanics you'll have a blast. I personally felt they had better atmosphere than both Fallout 3 and NV.

I played the second game which is fun but the games are only fun when you're doing quests. You get to the point where you are a god to the majority of the enemies in the game. The only ones that can push you around are the Enclave which you don't encounter much.

#realtalk: I played Fallout 1 back in the day, I seem to recall enjoy it though I never finished it. Is Fallout 2 actually worth playing now, or is it too outdated to enjoy?
