You should also consider the Nintendo Wii-U, if having mates over for a party is your thing. It's got some pretty good local MP titles out, and there's a fair few older games dating back to OG NES that you can get on the eShop at a reasonable price.

To be fair, when I had a 360 most of my games were multi platform. Only exclusives I had was Halo, Gears, and Forza. And I ended up selling gears.
Maybe I'll look more into the exclusives, but play station always seemed to be lacking in them.
