Street Fighter IV is 2.5D; ALBW uses 2.5D and 3D gameplay.all games are restricted to a two-dimensional plane thoughThat's a bit pedantic. Two-dimensional gameplay means that your movement options are restricted left-right, whereas 3D uses compass directions (front-right-back-left, with between like front-right and back-left in most games since the 5th gen)

3D movement and 3D rendering, silly. The former is the difference between 2.5D and 3D gameplay since they both have 3D rendering. Hell, I even went back and Googled "3D Zelda" and it brought me to an interview with Aonuma. http://kotaku.com/5500680/2d-zelda-games-vs-3d-zelda-gamesHe seems to define it simply by how the game is rendered; makes sense not to bother with directional inputs since there's never really been a 2.5D Zelda. And I also checked on that; the 2.5D gameplay is literally limited to the wall-painting gimmick. In all other instances it plays 3D. So yeah, 3D game.

Metal Gear. I'm okay with spinoffs like Rising and Acid though. Just let Snake die already.

but seriously though, Halo 4 was better than Reach.

So that's what I was talking about.

So that's what I was talking about. And I already agreed. Jeez, I'm in it for the universe, Halo 4 did good on that, but did horribly in the multiplayer department. So I eventually just reverted back to Halo 3, but occasionally went back to 4 just to play the campaign.
