Seems like development went down the shitter. Can't say I really care about some generic weebshit game but it seems like microsoft's game studio division is just getting crappier and crappier all the time. Seems like 2017 is the year I don't buy any games aside from the backlog of steam games I've missed because I didn't have a PC.

Did Halo Wars have a large population to start out with and were there enough people wanting a Halo Wars 2 to justify a second game? I have no shits to give for Scalebound but I do think it's dumb that the game got cancelled which would have been one of MS few original games being released. I would rather have a new game than some console RTS game which is most likely going to have the same population as the first game. Every game on that list with the exception of Sea of Thieves is an already existing franchise. MS needs more original games than sequels to already existing ones.

It's really strange. I remember people just randomly started begging for Halo Wars 2 at some point close to MCC's release, and then that sentiment took off even further when the Spirit of Fire arc came out in escalation.

Idk why I'm not surprised.

It looked fun and all, but something about it seemed so meh
