My guess for the "Why?" is that Activision saw his Outburst and didn't think it was worth keeping him if he could possibly do it again. They probably looked at his past records like he mentioned and saw that it wasn't exactly an isolated incident.

The whole thing is about 45 minutes long and there's parts that are not only not in the game but nowhere at all in the cut up versions of the soundtracks.

I should be enjoying the song at around 22:30 but holy fuck, all I can think about are the "Buy More DLC" scenes that it unfortunately accompanied.
This is beginning to legitimately piss me off. I can hear the fucking dialogue in my head.
Outright fuck that game, dammit. How the fuck do you manage to construct a narrative so bad that it actually begins to ruin the music?
