Replaying through the Mass Effect games one last time before Andromeda

I forgot how legendary and innovative the Mako's controls are. I'm also trying to keep a balance between Paragon and Renegade in conversations as best I can.

So yeah any suggestions on what I should do on this playthrough?

Honestly the sequels never lived up to the first Mass Effect for me. Replaying 2 I realized it wasn't as different as I remembered, but there were a lot of quirks that irritate me to no end. Plus all the daddy issues.

But you should abuse the Lorik Qui'in glitch to do both quests. Also send Ashley with the salarians so you can save them all

I think you can get one of them killed when Cerberus attacks the Citadel in ME3. The dialogue in the last cutscene right before Udina tries to escape is where it happens.

Turn the difficulty up to the max you can take it.

Look up info on what expert builds you can make.

Trust me. Playing through the game on the highest settings and reaching the beautiful outro music of the first game is like finishing a journey.

I did this recently, first game was a fucking drag because I did everything on max difficulty. Second game was alright, nothing too special, only enjoyed the DLC, I got to the third and got bored.

Because apparently her having a very natural human tendency of racism (due to her actually interacting with the said aliens) suddenly makes her space Hitler.

Where as you have 'not Carth' who is just a boring as fuck 2nd tier biotic who has literally no interesting backstory aside from he's "Shepards old friend".

Ashley's racism thing may be a negative, but negatives are what helps make someone fleshed out. I'd rather have that a blank template.

It's a shame they made her into a literal barbie doll though in ME3. Her tomboy look suited her just fine.

I finished Mass Effect 2 and I just noticed that the game has a orange hue to it. It's not annoying or anything but its just very noticeable and I can't believe it took me this long to see that. However for a game that came out in very early 2010, overall it still looks pretty damn good.

It's also the last game where the composer was outstanding. Music was okay in ME3, but the only standouts were the slower toned piano themes and what not.

Composer for ME1/2 is amazing.

Sorry to say, but I think the Mass Effect magic we all felt honestly left with 3. I don't think Andromeda is gonna hit the right tones, but I could be wrong. The art direction being so wonky though is a red flag for me.
