They could have based the design off of the Halo 2 Anniversary elites at least. The current models are a constant reminder of the space hicks that we encountered back in 4.Literally the only issue with the use of the Halo 4 Sangheili model in Halo 5 is Thel 'Vadam.

The only thing I can remember is the opening with Osiris
doing some Superman-esque shit (it's all in one-shot) which was admittedly pretty cool, but felt out of place and unrealistic for the universe. Everything else (bar music, again) was better in Reach.
The biggest problem with Reach was that it broke established canon, but I'm of the opinion that creative freedom trumps consistency.
You want to see some laziness?Grunt eyes.

Why do you bother trying with him? He has a pretty hard hate boner for anything that isn't mgs. His opinion is about as useful as IGN when trying to decide if anything is good.

I only hate what's shit, like Halo 5's story. But yeah, let your inner fanboy take over.
No, you're just complaining about shit that doesn't matter. Like, at all.Unless you also want to complain about how Bungie used a Marathon-Class cruiser for the Autumn in Halo 2, or Blur used the model for Installation 05 for Installation 04 in H2A, or how bungie was too lazy to actually create characters so they made two of their player characters pretty much nonexistent.Halo 5 has many problems, but complaining about reusing assets that you literally see for half a second total is retarded.

There isn't much to bitch about, mostly due to the lack of overall content I suppose. If the Promethean shitfest was less abundant and the pacing remained steady around most places, I probably would have enjoyed it more with my friends. The only thing I'm truly pissed over is the "reward" for completing the game on legendary.
But at the same time, someone who has a pretty obvious bias against something is about as reliable as someone who gives everything a 10/10.
You seem to have this superiority complex where you are always right and everyone else is wrong.
I can't exactly take that seriously, nor the fact that you play games "but don't like gameplay" but then proceed to praise gameplay.
Have some consistency for once.

Story looks pretty disappointing.
Movement looks shitty and about as CoD-like as Halo's ever been, do not want / 10.
Do not want funky aiming animations and HUD mess.
Microtransactions and random card stuff, ew.
It massively limits the universe, and is just utterly retarded.
It doesn't matter if TFoR isn't a game, but H:Reach is. H:Reach contradicted TFoR in many ways, none of them being good or making sense.
H:Reach's contradictions and retcons were complete horseshit too.

Quote from: Prehistoric on November 09, 2015, 06:10:29 PMIs it too late to mention that TFoR came out before even Halo CE?
Clambering, vaulting, groundpounding, even more sprinting, dodging and all that jazz makes it look like plays like CoD. Not saying I wouldn't enjoy it. Just saying it looks even more removed from the core gameplay I loved in Halo 1-3.
to you maybe, to others it's a major artwork/design issue
