Most of those are made by ONI REAP-X, an ONI R&D team given pretty much any finding and resource they require. The vehicles themselves are canon, but MB are given a lot of leeway in their designs. So the general designs are canon, but not definitive.The AV-30 Kestrel is actually a vehicle cut from Halo 2 and later reintroduced in Spartan Strike. It's the UNSC's answer to the Ghost.
