So Swinub/Piloswine need ancient power to evolve, they don't get it by level up so you need to either breed it onto them, or heart scale Piloswine. And the move relearner? They're at the Pokemon League in gen 7. So I had to trade to Sun, but I went out of the way to get it adamant/icicle crash

like yeah, it may seem retarded to use an inkay against a bug-type, but was i REALLY supposed to assume that this cutiefly was going to know struggle bug at level 11?

I just learned that Gengar no longer has Levitate as an ability. I am very upset at this decision. Why would someone do this to a Pokemon that wasn't really that OP?

After playing Showdown and getting fucked in circles repeatedly by RNG I can't bring myself to buy anymore of these games. Crits feel like they have been amped up to 11, and 90% - 95% accuracy moves miss far more than they hit anything.

Also, someone explain how a non-crit Low kick on a Timid Greninja one-shots Kyurem Black?

crits are also not even that bad anymore; they used to deal double damage, and now they only deal 50% more

i fucking adored moon, favorite game in a long time easily, so i'm cool with playing it again with some extra new added stuff

though i AM disappointed that it's just another rehash, and as a consumer i feel like my balls are in a vice

They seriously need to drop the third version concept, Gen 5 and 6 had it right by not doing rehashed for the first games of the generation

So like how they'll release say Ruby and Sapphire or Diamond and Pearl and then follow up with what is essentially a definitive version of the game like Emerald or Platinum. I appreciated that they didn't do a Grey or Z for Gens 5 and 6.

USUM has some different story things


but it's not a sequel like Black and White 2

USUM have a pretty solid difficulty to them, I'm on the league now and it's probably the toughest one I've faced since god knows when
