Lunala is awesome.

Gumshoos isn't exclusive to Sun. What they were trying to show in that trailer was that each game will have different Totem Pokémon based on that silly day/night gimmick.

Rugarugan's evolutions aren't confirmed to be version exclusive--I'm pretty sure it just depends on the time of day Rockruff evolves. If they do happen to be exclusive, though, I don't really mind, because the nice thing about Rugarugan is that both forms are equally cool-looking.

If Gems were still a thing, Flying Gem + Unburden + Acrobatics would've made for a pretty nice combo.

The only other disposable items I can think of that would work similarly are Sitrus Berry and Focus Sash.

I used to religiously use him with unburden, acrobatics, a consumable item like white herb and super power

white herb + superpower works decently well

It's a shame gems are gone I used to use him with gems a lot on showdown before they marked them as unreleased
