Bottle caps are gay and so is hyper training.IVs need to go.
Not sure how they're supposed to work, but if there now exists some exclusive item that can be used to boost IV's and requires a serial code, there's an argument to be made that this might lead to the introduction of microtransactions and paid bonuses in the pokemon games.
