Apparently Z-moves are gonna require a held item just like with mega evolution, and they can only be used once per battle, so it can't be that bad.

I dunno, I don't really like the sound of them competitively either. So what if it requires a held item? No other held item in the game basically allows you to just one-shot any Pokémon for free. No one's not gonna use that.

It'll have to be a bit more balanced than that, I think. The only appeal I see are the pretty animations.

Everything else about what they revealed, though, I'm super hype over.

Litten's final form (if it's real) looks a little bit too silly, but a Dark-type starter is cool. The other two are great.
