Within an hour I found 4 kids all huddled together heading to a gym.

went into my state Capitol and chilled in historic downtown all day. We saw at least 50 people all playing Pokemon go. Even to the point people were screaming "team valor!" And shit down the streets Like I said earlier even the restaurant owner of the place we had lunch was using lures all day.

The only thing I could understand with gen 1 hate is the boring landscape, not so much the Pokemon. Sure they're not as creative as gen 3 and so on, but some are insanely iconic and hold a lot to my childhood. For an entire new universe, it's a feat they could do that with 151 creatures.

Imagine the concept art from early ideas. Must have been a nightmare.
