Broken Stealth despite the game giving you the option.
Fucking animations you cannot cancel when you trigger them.
When they make the character wave their hands while talking, like it makes it anymore realistic

When things happen in cutscenes that you can't do in gameplay, or when an unlockable boss character has moves in their fight that you can't use when you're playing them.

The other pet peeve I have is the way bolt action sniper rifles are handled. You have to get out of zoom if you want to load up the next round, in reality you could still be looking down the scope when you're doing the bolt action.

I also hate it when we never have the Axis perspective in WW2 games and diversity in history based games. I know there were black soldiers in WW1 and there were female soldiers in WW2, but I doubt the Germans had black soldiers in The Great War and I also doubt they had female soldiers in WW2.

The problem I see with the current Call of Duty is people saying "I don't want black women in my Nazi army" Well guess what? I've gassed more jews than you have slept in your entire life. The Nazi party should be as black as possible. Casuals can go play Battlefield One.

I think the main issue is them running rank with their white counterparts. I'm pretty sure it was segregated.

One other thing that I forgot about, crutches in games that are purposely made to give bad players an edge. Notable examples are Armor Lock from Reach, Deathstreaks from CoD, and progression systems that give out equal XP(Someone that goes 5 and 20 shouldn't get the same XP as someone who goes 20 and 5)

Good players shouldn't be punished and bad players should never be rewarded.

I don't know if it's the correct term, but predictable combat engagements. For example, you enter a room with a bunch of heavy weapons, which likely means a boss battle or some other larger engagement ahead.
