Pretty sure that's the DDR4 for him going full Skylake. I've found some pretty cheapish sticks (around $69), but digging for them was a pain in the ass.

And in regards to the CPU fan, I agree. A decent one is almost ninety bucks cheaper, a great one about fifty, and even the bulky ones like a Noctua would fit well since he's buying a full-tower.

If you were to make a set-up like that, it'd be safe to assume you'd put a ton of care into keeping everything from the parts to the mount stable.
