Anyone else looking forward to every Quickplay match having at least 6 Sombras at all times?

You didn't hear? QP is getting the 1-hero limit. An arcade mode without the restriction is going to replace it for über-casual shenanigans.

Oh damn, that's pretty cool. Didn't hear about this yet. Haven't played Overwatch since the end of the Halloween event because of how crappy my PC handles it.

Other things we're getting:

A 1v1 mode where both players get the same random hero. First to five elims wins.

A 3v3 Elemination match mode. Not sure how the heroes are picked on this one.

A playlist with all the regular weekly brawls (so no seasonal events)

A separate playlist for Mystery Heroes (that Blizzard plan to keep up for as long as a lot of people play it as it was the most popular brawl).

A new map, Watchpoint Antarctica, which is used for 1v1 and 3v3.

And as Prime said, a mode called No Limits which has no one-hero limit.

All of these are in the "Arcade" tab which replaces the weekly brawl. Every three wins give you a loot box up to three boxes per week (IIRC)

November 18-21 will be a free Overwatch weekend. You'll be able to test the game or free (though it says that you can play "all 22 heroes" so Sombra probably won't be available on the live version).

Will be available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. The console versions require a Gold/PSN subscription.

I've only ever had it on the xbox.

I legitimately think Widowmaker should be removed from comp on consoles. She's insta-locked in almost every game, and she's basically useless.

I don't even think it's the hero itself that is useless, it's the fact that none of the available maps support long ranged defensive play. If you're not within ten feet of the objective, you're hurting the team.

I hate sombra, holy shit.

I'm glad arcade mode doesn't have the 1 hero limit. Sometimes I just need my fun.

Why is the hero limit in pubs even a thing? It's not Ranked, so who gives a shit? If my friends and I want to dick around as a full Mercy team why shouldn't we?

Heroes of the Storm is pretty fun, there doesn't seem to be a way to track progress in the Nexus challenge tho

You playing vs the AI? You can get the skin in just under an hour vs the Easy AI with a group of people

Edit: Progress is kept in the Exclamation Point box next to the Friends and Chat bar

We played co-op vs AI, but apparently I haven't made any progress in the challenge.
