I like it because it's a breath of fresh air in the current environment (especially on consoles), but I can't say that I care that much about playing it.

There are some things that are annoying like a full team of Torbjorns planting turrets all over the area around the payload/objective, that happened to my friends and I last night. We were able to break through all of them but barely.

Another thing is that sometimes people will play as Mei and just troll the friendly team by blocking people in hallways with her ice wall to get them killed. Thankfully this doesn't happen as often though.

Other than that, I am having a really great time with the game. Bastion used to be annoying but I've learned to counter him and now he's no longer a problem like how others are having playing against Bastion.

I also hope that if they do plan on releasing more characters they should add a few more supports cause right now it feels like Lucio and Mercy are the only ones people play as.

Zenyatta requires some time to learn, but he's up there with those two. His discord orb can help melt a tank and his DPS seems to be the best of the support classes.

Yeah, I've seen some good Zenyatta players that have melted me down before I could even get their health down to half.

the shields used to be 50 but that pushed the win rate for symmetra teams up by an crazy amount

thats why they were nerfed to 25

shes still pretty good at holding a position but cant really replace a player like lucio or mercy

That's because Symmetra takes a different approach and so does Zenyatta.

I expect a new character to be Athena, the AI. Probably a support similar to Symmetra.
