Yo lads Im going to buy the PS4 'Pro'fit and I wanna know what TV properly supports 4K HDR (true) but doesn't cost an absolute shit load (lets not go higher then $1500).....and with minimal input lag.

I'm checking out the Sony X850D but just need to know which one a lot of you guys would recommend and/or have bought.

if you want minimal input lag get a big monitor

most 4k tvs are horrible for input lag

If you just want something to play ps4 on get a monitor they're better in every way

The Vizio D-series offers 4k definition with the lowest input lag available on the market, for around $600 bucks.

13.6 ms input lag iirc. This is the one I'll be buying come Monday for my Xbox One S. The picture quality is obviously not going to compete with the high-end 4k tvs, but this is a $600 TV that you buy purely for gaming. If you want something for movies or TV, you're going to have to deal with 30+ ms of input lag for nearly 4 times the price.

That being said, it's still a modern TV, and it's still 4k, so it's probably going to look better than whatever you're running now.

the ps4 is supposedly halfway through its life cycle and if im honest i was hoping it would do well

too bad it has no games that my pc cant run better anyway and all the exclusive i thought were coming to ps4 ended up coming out for pc anyway
