When I briefly got back into the game around this time last year, they said they were "re-working it."  I think the Grand Exchange is ded.

there's a similar thing called a trading post in every bank. (well nearly every bank) you can do the same stuff in the trading post as the grand exchange

I was just going to fish lobsters in karamja and note them until 60, i would have made a couple mil so i could level up my combat but the guy that notes lobsters isn't available in oldschool
