Edit: I'm watching the Fallout review, and it's fine, but around 3:00 he has a screaming rant about game journalists, and around 14:00 he talks about how he loves the traits system in Fallout 1/2 (which actually does exist in 3 in the form of perks, but w/e) -- especially the 'jinx' trait, citing specific examples of guns randomly exploding or your characters' dog randomly breaking a leg after biting someone -- right after criticizing the game's unrealistic depiction of violence and guns (exploding bodies, dismemberment, etc.) for about three minutes. 17:00, he claims that lockpicking/hacking don't progress naturally (i.e., practice yields higher skill, & more difficult locks yield better loot) -- that's exactly how it works. 20:00, the game is too easy and no areas are significantly more difficult than others -- this is also flat-out wrong; areas and enemies scale based on level, and some dungeons and locations are significantly more difficult than others, and loot improves. 26:00, he's completely right about the navigation feature, and that Morrowind was better for its lack of such.

You know, I didn't think any developer could release a game that's like a beyond broken version of Destiny, but by god these guys did it.

Its No Man's Buy for me to as well. I'm not paying $60 for a broken game.

Out of all the games I played on launch day No Man's Sky is the only game I played with I was having issues loading it up. When I started the game from the PS4 menu there were a few times which it crashed simply by loading up the game.

I hope they get punished so badly that they go from being called "Hello Games" to "Goodby games". Hopefully if the case works out this will put an end to or make publishers/developers think twice about falsely advertising their games.

When it comes to Steam this game dropped to 943 players playing at the same time one day with a peak of 2,382. It's cute that Sean went into hiding after August 18th and Hello Games has nothing to say about the content which Sean was talking about in his videos. It's as if the PR guy and the developer went into hiding the moment the players stated to realize this game is not what was promised.

If you were in their position would you do anything differently? I mean what with all of the hate directed at them immediately after launch trying to calm people down right away wouldn't help.

Given how it turned out I don't blame them for going into hiding for a little while.

This is one of the best reviews out there for this game, he is talking about the problems not in the same way as someone like Angry Joe, but in a normal play type of way.

Sean and Hello Games didn't abandon us shortly after release, they've just been so busy patching up that game which resulted in them not having time to communicate with their player base. It really does say a lot about a developer when some guy who simply does the music is the one who tells us what is going on with the developers.

How was this supposed to work as a MP game when you can pause it? Even if the servers being down the day of release was true, that still doesn't change the fact that this game can be paused in the same way as other SP games.
