No idea which is more likely since the PC has been getting nearly all of the console games lately and the boner allows for publishers and devs to get somewhat of a "second launch" for their older titles due to backwards compatibility and it's been common for devs to bundle in their older titles with the current gen ones on that system.

Maybe if we're lucky it'll be both.

If they're going to do an announcement what other platforms it's coming to it'll either be for Gamescom or TGS.

Or they can do something unconventional and announce it on Twitter like SE did for KH3.
