I think the game was worth the full price, but it had a lot of room for improvement. I got to the robot village. I still haven't found any weapons. Is the village a trap? I'm not sure.

most weapons can be bought from merchants after completing their quest, like the guy in the resistance camp

others are found in locked chests or scattered around in hidden places

go back to the factory and look around when you get the chance

After basically testing every weapon on most stages.

I feel the same, save for the obvious change in move sets, they're not really meant to be 'better' Like 9S's sword is no different to 2B's. It's just all about the combos you can pull of with different types.

That said, it's not so bad since this game isn't particularly hard, unless you're on hard or Very Hard.

A side note; I've never found the daggers to be useful or fun
