Have you encountered any weird glitches recently?

I've been playing Skyrim a while and I had this weird fuckin glitch that made it look like I was underwater. The screen was darker, and I could hear that bubbly noise you hear while swimming underwater. I recorded a bit.

This was over a year ago, but whatever

That swingset glitch in GTA IV was pretty hilarious. Same with any game that could do a similar thing.

My favorite glitch is either Clang from Space Engineers or the entirety of Dwarf Fortress.

Yes, the ghost isn't that loud when it's right next to you, so there should be no reason why it's as loud as it is
