It's so utterly gamebreaking, but so good.

Royal Marines + Gatling Guns + Katana Tachi/Yari Tachi + any slight incline or hill = GG no re for every single enemy force.

It was such a silly war to fight as well, the shogunate would likely have won if they didn't get all uppity over the devil gaijin weaponry.
