I wonder if Boss could use the fulton wormhole to teleport out of places he infiltrates. Just run in, take out his target/grab whatever he's sent to retrieve, and teleport back to base.

For that matter, the wormhole could be used as an advanced courier system. Packages could be sent anywhere instantly. FedEx and other delivery services would be rendered obsolete.

That's nice but I'm trying my best to avoid expectations, lol.

It will probably be GOTY but still.

I literally just finished Snake Eater (again) a few seconds ago. Listening to "Way to Fall"  by Starsailor and the credits sequence as I write this.

Initial thoughts:

-The Boss has to be one of the most well-written and strong female characters in all of gaming. That being said, I hate how Kojima has to make her show some cleavage at the end. There's honestly no reason for that.

-The ending is a piece of cinematic, thematic, and narrative brilliance worthy of praise even at the highest standards of the movie industry.

-William's outdid himself with this soundtrack. I had chills and tears for the last 15 minutes of the game.

-I still maintain that the gameplay isn't as good as MGS2 or MGS1, but it's forgivable because the story is executed better

-I'm glad Kojima is making another Big Boss game, it's quite obvious he likes the character more. Naked Snake is more likable, human and relatable than Solid Snake

-This is Hayter's worst performance


Peace Walker is the next game on my list to finish again, and then Ground Zeroes. I'm trying to spread them out just in time for The Phantom Pain, so I won't start PW until Monday or Tuesday. I should finish it by next weekend, followed by Ground Zeroes shortly after.

His delivery is far better in Peace Walker, even if his voice is lolworthy.

It sounds like he gives up halfway through his sentences in Peace Walker. I don't understand why he kept making his voice deeper and deeper. I miss MGS 1/2 Snake.

Yeah, me neither.

It doesn't make sense though because I think it works so well in MGS4

but in Peace Walker i'm like "This feels so out of place".

I think I got some good ratings on the missions in GZ finally.
