I hardly think that counts, especially since Snake has beat BB's ass twice, and while BB was in control of a Metal Gear.
So, the way I see it, young, healthy Snake > older Big Boss > Old Snake. Not sure how MGS3 and 5 Boss stack up though.

Basically, the guy you see in the picture on the plane is David Hayter, the original voice actor for Solid Snake/Big Boss until the last MGS game, Peace Walker.When Kojima started working on MGSV, he declined to offer Hayter the position of Big Boss and offered it to Kiefer Sutherland instead. This caused a HUGE backlash from the community, who absolutely loved Hayter.What you're seeing in the gif is a modded MGSV: Ground Zeroes, where the main guy wearing the hat represents Kiefer's Big Boss, and he's using that machinery to "erase" Hayter from the game, as a sort of "fuck you" to Hayter because he got the role of BB instead of him.

But it gets ridiculous in Peace Walker. I think that was the point where Kojima was like "Okay, we need someone else." He does a really good job with delivery, I just don't think the voice works all that well with BB.
