Does anyone have a Gameshark for GBA?

I'm asking because I have one but I cannot find my software CD so that I can backup my saved games. If you do have one and the install CD please let me know. The CD looks like this:

Looked for hours and only got two pieces of software and both of which were for the later revision of the one I have.
