Just beat Ornstein and Smough solo in Dark Souls.

First off, I'm new to this site, but if there's anyone here I know (or knows me, hey there)

So... Holy shit, that was the most intense fight ever. I know I'm like 4 years too late but who cares I'm so happy I finally did it. I ran out of Humanity a few times fighting them so summoning them wasn't an option. I really wanted Ornstein's armor so I defeated him when he was super mode and hot DAMN DOES IT FEEL GOOD. Also I sort of accidentally equipped my un-upgraded shield instead of my +5 shield, oops.

So yeah, how did you feel when you first beat these assholes? I just felt relieved and amazed.

So I was all hyped up for Anor Londo because it was said to be really hard and fun. I just breezed through it. Was worried about S&O because they're two tough badasses, and I got them on the first try. I got Ornstein's armor, and love it. Not trying to brag, I just felt pretty underwhelmed.

I did a soul level 10 playthrough, balder knight cosplay with the balder shield and balder swag sword through the entire game.

Orenstien and Smough. Weeks. It took me weeks to solo them.

And then the four kings. I have nightmares.

I beat them the 2nd try on my first playthrough

Then on my most current one (I only ran through it twice since I beat it right before DS2 came out) with Giant Dad, I couldn't fucking beat them, so I needed help from Brolaire.

And yeah, the fight wasn't as tough as I thought it would be. I trained up with a Silver Knight Sword and used that and defeated them solo.

Midget pls. You were basically boasting about how easy the game was and how you steamrolled through it, despite having used walkthroughs that gave you an advantage over any person that actually went through the game blind.

Not looking to de-legitimize anything, I just think it's a rather shitty thing to boast about your skill and how easy a game is when you beat it relying on external information.

Except I explicitly stated I only watched a walkthrough of the specific section AFTER I beat it. This gave me no advantage because I had to beat it before I saw anything. I did not rely on external information, but you see buttmad I have soopr skills and kick ass while you struggle looool
