Oh yeah.  The bad ending in Metro 2033 was pretty dark.  Knowing that you (seemingly) killed off an entire species.

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

The angel then led the demon to heaven, where he underwent centuries of the cruelest tortures imaginable. Finally, the pain was so great that he lost consciousness - at which point his dark wings turned the promised shade of white.
Not going with Sarif is bad ending

He means games with choices that change the game.

Like if I don't do enough loyalty quests in ME2, then the characters that I didn't do them for will die in the suicide mission, and will in turn end with Shepard dying.
