deleted gta v just wanted to if i reinstall again would my leveld up character be there or would i have to start from scratch?

Your character's progress is stored through your Rockstar Social Club to transfer on PS4/Xboner/PC.

Its pretty cool that Rockstar did that so people wouldn't have to start all over if they switch to another platform. Lord knows I don't want to go through ranking up in that game again. Took me forever to reach Level 120.
