If PS4 had better games I might be more compelled to buy it over the DS, but it's the other way around.

Whichever has the games you like.

Depends if you enjoy Pokemon, there's not much else worth getting on there imo.

Get whatever games appeal to you the most. I'd get a New 3DS because it has games that appeal to me (Pokemon, Dragon Ball Extreme Butoden, Xenoblade, Binding of Isaac, Hyrule Warrios, Kid Icarus and the entire DS library), but it's up to you and what you think looks interesting.
